Christopher Baum / Anthropology

Graduate Student Researcher

 

Christopher Baum is a Ph.D. student in the Anthropology Program at the Graduate Center, CUNY.  His research interests are focused on the social practices of media, medical anthropology, social and cultural responses to HIV/AIDS, critical studies of the body, and the American pornographic industry as an ethnographic site.  Additionally, Christopher is a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Baruch College and is pursuing a Certificate in Culture and Media at New York University.
