NML Departure Survey

Now that your time at the New Media Lab is nearing completion we’d like you to finish one last online task. This will help us take care of technical and other requirements that will insure that your project has a continuing presence on the NML website after your departure, and that we will need as we preserve and display NML’s history.  Thank you for answering the questions below.

In addition, please be sure to save a personal copy of your data and, as you see fit, delete any of it from the computer you used at the lab. If you are a College Assistant, you need to send a short letter of resignation to Ms. April Stuckey in Human Resources. The confirmation page following this form includes a tool to send a letter in your name.
