Olivia Wood

Olivia (she/her) is a PhD candidate in English at the Graduate Center, focusing on rhetoric & composition and LGBTQ studies. Her dissertation is on the identity rhetorics of bi+ people (that is, bisexual, pansexual, and people who use other multisexual labels).

Olivia teaches composition at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and works as a digital pedagogy fellow at the City Tech OpenLab. She also serves as an alternate delegate for the Graduate Center chapter of PSC-CUNY and as a union co-steward for the GC English department. She writes and edits for Left Voice.
